Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Fantasy Hair Salon To ensure a professional and fair scheduling process for all clients and service providers, Fantasy Hair Salon enforces the following cancellation policy: 1. Minimum 24-hour notice required: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 2. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, based on the total value of the scheduled service(s). 3. No-show appointments: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged up to 50% of the total cost of the missed appointment. 4. Appointment confirmation: By confirming an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect the salon’s schedule and ensure availability for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
